New QueryTracker Sneak Peek

The new QueryTracker should be going live around February of 2015, and I'd like to show you just a few of the new features that it will include.

There's a lot more new to show you, but it is the holidays after all and I don't want to keep you. There will be more sneak peeks coming soon.

And if there is anything you'd like to see added to QueryTracker, there's still time to make suggestions. Just add any ideas you may have in the comments below.

Like the changes - thanks! As for suggestions... 1) Is there an easier way to add an agent to our query list for more than one of our projects (or all of them) than bringing up the agent and then selecting each project we'd like to query them with?; and 2) Can we have our comments for each agent automatically transfer over to new projects? If you just have a couple of projects these things probably aren't a big deal, but I find it a pain with multiple picture books. Likewise, there are some agents whom I will never choose to query (or query again)--a way to (for lack of a better word) "blacklist" them would come in handy.

Hi Sandy,
Those are some very intriguing ideas. I'll do some research and see what it will take to implement them. Thanks.

Is there a way to put into MY QUERY list an agent who is not listed in your data base? A de novo addition?

Yes there is, Gerard. If you go to the "Agents" menu you'll see an option for "Suggest an Agent". This will allow you to suggest an agent to be added to the database. You can also add an agent as a private listing (which no one else can see.) Again from the "Agents" menu, select "Add Private Listing". You must be a premium member to add private listings.
